In Color Clash, students are split into two teams: Team Magenta and Team Green. Players answer questions to gain energy to move around. Players drain only 60 energy per second, which is extremely efficient compared to modes like Capture the Flag or Tag Domination. There is a huge vertical platformer map with tiles and if you step on top of a tile your team claims it and the tile turns that color. Team with the most tiles at the end of the game wins. Note that the game can only go up to 14 minutes, instead of 59 like all other timed gamemodes.
There are green crystals around the map and if you touch one, your jump count increases by one until you touch the ground again. Like, you can triple jump if you touch a crystal. There is a difficult vertical section at the top with many crystals to climb a wall, and if you ascend there is a huge prize - 6 long straight paths, each about 30-40 tiles long.
There are 1,508 total tiles to paint (as far as I can see). Note that now, you can touch a tile from any direction and it will be painted.
The bottom platform is 97 tiles long, making it the longest in the game.
