If this doesn't help, first check your payment method to make sure you were charged. If you were not charged, you're all good! The purchase didn't happen and you can try again.
If you were charged and still have not received your item after restarting your device, please gather all relevant purchase receipts and forward them to us with your username and a description of the problem here.
