Your petz will still safely exist and be searchable by others, but you'll have no way to access them anymore. Make sure you are absolutely certain before deleting your account, as we can't help you restore it.
Users may be put on temporary or permanent timeout for breaking any of the rules found in-game and in our Help Center (Rules of Conduct, Terms of Service). The exact reason will not be disclosed to others due to privacy. If you were banned, we will tell you the reason.
Yes, as long as it is a parent-child account it is ok to share. If you are not the parent or child, sharing accounts with friends or siblings is not allowed and is punishable as you are providing them with your account details. If you're simply handing your device to a friend, this is fine.
Yes, however there are specific rules you must follow to avoid a timeout.Â
You can only transfer petz and minimalz to a new account. No currency, clothing, or partz may be exchanged.
Additionally, you must remember to go back and delete your old account. The reason this is important is because if we find multiple recently active accounts, all your accounts can be banned.
If you are unable to transfer petz yourself, you can message a Moderator in-game or email us for assistance. Please provide as much information as possible about why you are transferring accounts, and double-check the spelling of both usernames!
We appreciate your interest very much, but unfortunately we are not hiring at the moment. Should we ever open up applications, it will be announced on our Discord server (which you must be 13 or older to join due to Discord's TOS) and occasionally in the in-game newz. Discord is required as it is used for the team to communicate. Do not ask for, or bribe a staff member for a staff position.
No, we have to work for our stuff just like everybody else. Artistz will get a copy of each partz they make, however it is not considered free since they put in the work to design it.
"I regret a trade", or engaging in a double trade (using 2 trades to get around the price cap feature) is NOT considered a scam and we can't do anything about it if both parties agreed to the trade. In the case of a double trade, you can still report the player as a scammer and they will receive a punishment for scamming behavior, but the trade will not be reversed.
Trading outside the app (also known as cross-trading) is also NOT something we will help with, as it is a risk you take when not using the in-game trading system.
We always prefer players work things out themselves, but if you insist that another player intentionally deceived you, we need all the details on why you think it is a scam. You can either report the trade in-game (see Gameplay Help) , send in a ticket through our official Discord server, or send screenshots of the trade and any other details to our email here.
Unfortunately since the "worth" of partz/petz/clothing or anything similar is based upon the community and is ever-changing, there is actually no official set price or "worth" for anything. It is up to the player to decide if what they are being offered is worth the trade and fair (for example, if a player wants 100 gemz for a lux part, that is totally fine). A player cannot be punished for offering what is not generally an acceptable price determined by the community. If a player ends up harassing you for this reason, please report it to us immediately.
If this happens it is generally frowned upon in the community, however it is important to note that this is not against our rules. If you are planning to sell a petz but don't want the buyer to resell it, remember to check off the "no trade" button when listing. The same goes for all rules created by players, for example "no inspiring"; it is not punishable.
Players used to be able to use an emulator to continue playing on their PC, but as of version 0.3.96, the app will no longer work on emulators or other modded devices.
If you would like to join our open beta program, simply scroll down to the bottom of the app page and there should be a button that says "Join". Unfortunately, iOS users are unable to beta test at this time.

If you do get an inappropriate ad, please use the report button that should be located on the ad itself. Some ads do end up leaving out the report button, so in those cases we'd suggest taking a screenshot or recording of the ad, make note of which provider is displaying it to you (the "i" button) and send them to this email so we can report it to the ad provider. We're sorry for any inconveniences caused by this, and we hope that they will make changes swiftly, and appropriately.
