Make sure you are using an active internet connection, it could be a problem with your WiFi or network connection.
Wait 5 minutes and try again, it could also be an issue on our end.
Check the Server Status.
If nothing works for days, try deleting and reinstalling the app, it could be data corruption.
If all else fails, try resetting your wifi router (if possible).
Go to each of the babiez' pages and press the hospital button that should appear in the bottom right.
First open your home, then select the petz from inside your home (+ button at the bottom of your screen). If it's on a job, an option to cancel the job will pop up. If you decide to cancel the job, your petz will successfully be returned to you.
Try to press the undo button and see if it fixes your petz.
Close the app without saving your draft and let us know so we can fix it before it saves over.
In rare instances, a petz will appear as belonging to multiple people at once. If this is the case, it actually means that only 1 person owns it, but it's still appearing in the inventory of the previous owners. You can fix this by going to your home and pressing the + button to take it out. Once you take it out, it will disappear and only appear in the inventory of the owner.
If a petz has suddenly disappeared, or their status is "away", first make sure you haven't just accidentally put it into your shop or sent it out for a job or invite. If you did not do any of these things, the most likely culprit is your box organization. If a player forgets to move their petz from a box before moving the box or deleting it, then the petz will remain in the deleted box. To get the petz back, you simply need to re-create the same amount of boxes you had before and it will appear in the new boxes.
This bug occurs when a player switches through different UI options too quickly. Although it is annoying, it can easily be fixed by restarting your app.
If you have notifications that refuse to disappear, try logging out and back in to clear the cache. You can also reinstall the app to fully reset the data on your app.
To resolve this issue, please reinstall your app and the updated version should appear. Please note that this will require you to have to log back in to your account.
Usually this can be resolved by logging out and logging back in to your account. If it still won't go away, we recommend reinstalling the app to fully reset the data on your app.
Often when ads are not appearing for a player, this is due to where they live. Your area may just not have any ads available currently, or you have viewed them recently. In rare instances, it can be caused due to ongoing conflicts in that region that are out of our control, or a ban issued by the ad provider.
The ads that allow you to earn a free Golden Token will intentionally disappear around the time that your Daily Reward will become available. This is to prevent players from trying to grab a free lux box.
This is actually not a bug, and is fully caused by the player, however we have included it here as it is often mistaken as a bug. It happens if you have either closed the app during the publishing process, or you lost connection. As a result, the petz you were trying to publish will not fully publish, and you will lose the partz you used to create it.

This is not a bug, but is commonly mistaken as one. When your login bonus says to try again later, this means that it has not been 24 hours since you claimed it the previous day. The bonus is not set to a specific time for everyone, but is actually based on when you claimed it before.
First, it is important to understand who is supposed to get a lux from their login. If you are using the 1 hour Golden Token from watching ads, you are not supposed to receive a lux from your login. If you missed out on a lux this way, we will not give you one, as you're not intentionally supposed to get one anyway. Note that if you do happen to get one, we do not mind it and you will not receive a punishment.
If you were using a Golden Token that you paid for, not through ads, then you are supposed to receive a Lux. In the instance that you accidentally close the app or lose connection while claiming your lux, you will actually automatically be rewarded with a random lux, so be sure to check your inventory. If you absolutely cannot tell if you got a lux, you can still contact us by email.
If you are making posts, but you notice that the community is not able to see them, then this means you likely have bad karma. Karma is a hidden feature in the game that only staff can see to determine whether or not a player is regularly breaking the rules, or following them. If your karma is bad enough that your posts don't show up, this means that you are a notorious rule-breaker, and will need to regain your karma by playing the game normally. We also refer to this as a player having their social features taken away (not to be mistaken with a timeout).
When this message comes up while you are trying to post, it means that one of the petz that are currently in your room is breaking our community rules. You can check which petz by going to each of the petz' rooms and looking for a black card, which will explain why it is hidden. "Bad Petz Detected" shows up regardless of which petz you are trying to post, because there are players who will try to bypass the feature by taking a picture with another one of their petz that is not breaking rules.
