There's two ways to reset your password:
Method 1: If you're already logged in, open your Settings, click on Change Password, then Forgot password, and then Reset Password.
Method 2: If you're logged out, click on Login, then Forgot password, enter your registered email and click on Reset Password.
Once you've clicked on Reset Password, wait for an email to show up and click the link in it to create a new password. If you don't see an email, wait 5 minutes and check your spam folder.
IMPORTANT - If you click on Reset Password multiple times, only the most recent email link will work!
In short, no we cannot. We have an automated service that will put players on timeout if they say any inappropriate words. This timeout only lasts for 1-3 days, so we ask that you wait it out fully. If you absolutely believe there was an error, please contact us.
If you have been logged out without connecting an email to your account, or you have lost access to your account and email connected to your account, you can use the form included in the button below to setup a new email on your account.
Afterwards, a staff member will reply either letting you know that your email was successfully changed, or that they need more information.
NOTE: This form may only be used if you never connected an email and no longer have access to the account, or you have lost access to the account and email connected to it!
If you use the form for another reason other than the reasons stated above, it will be ignored.

Inside your Settings, click on "Delete", then check both confirmations and type in your password to confirm. Once you delete your account, there is no going back, so please be really sure before deleting it!
If you need help, you can email us to delete your account. Each case must be done by a human, so please have patience! Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to login or have access to your petz.

No, once an account has been deleted you may not get it back. When deleting accounts we ask you to verify and make sure you really want to delete it.
