To report a comment/message: Press the "..." found in the top right of that comment/message. You will then get a popup with a yellow "!" symbol. This button is the report button. Once pressed, you will be asked to provide further information on why you're reporting the comment/message.
To report a trade: Open the trade that you want to report and press the "!" in the top right. You can then provide details as to why you are reporting this trade. Please note that staff can only see what is in the trade window, and you cannot report trades that were initiated by you. If you're trying to report a scam and not all of the information is in the trade window, or if the trade already expired and you can no longer use the button, please email us instead (see General Questions).
To report a profile: Go to the profile you want to report and press the "!" button in the top left of their profile picture. You can then press the report button and choose an option from there. Remember that profile reports are only for reporting something on a person's profile, such as their status message or trade rules.
To report a post: Simply go to the post you want to report and press the grey "!" button in the bottom right. Let us know why you think this post should be removed.

If you find that you've blocked someone by mistake, you can unblock them by going to the top right of your home screen and pressing your follower/following bar. This brings up a window with 3 tabs, with the last tab being your blocked list. Simply press the unblock button next to the person you wish to unblock.
No, callouts are never tolerated anywhere within the app. A callout is considered as mentioning someone's name in a negative light that could lead to harassment and witch hunting. If you see someone posting a callout, even if it's someone mentioning another player in comments, please report it without engaging.
If you see something triggering, such as a post that relates to self-harm or eating disorders, please report the post. We want to make sure all players feel safe.
