Days Out | Wellbeing wanders | Circles
It is so easy to be running around in our day to day lives, the demands and stresses building and worries of the future.
Our wellbeing days and weekend retreats are designed to offer you some real time for you, to pause, reflect, express and release.
Whether you are spending the day or a couple of nights they invite you to experience a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world.
Each retreat has a different offering; a different focus.
Affording yourself the time to reaffirm that YOU matter.
Our community connections that are forged, often last long after the days end and sometimes forge life-long friendships.
I feel totally refreshed after my weekend away with Maria. The pace was just right with time to spend with my own thoughts. I loved the activities and can not wait to join the next one ~ SB
Join me for a weekend of slowness, stillness and Nature Connection. This is a beautiful area of coastline, large blue skies and quietness. We are back at Sandsend for 2026, for two days of reflection and restoration.
This year we will be offering longer periods of silence to invoke inner reflection, creativity and flow.
We will guide your through some meditations, embodiment and beach grounding as well as offering specific writing prompts for further enquiry.
We will meet at 07:30 in the morning to catch this beautiful time in the morning and will end each day will end around 16:00
The Friday evening will offer an evening meditation and introduction to our weekend.
There are many benefits of inviting stillness on a regular basis and for full days including relieving stress, lowering blood pressure and gaining more clarity. Add this to the benefits of being by water, the negative ions, the soundscape and earthing and this magnifies on a greater level; connecting with ourselves and our natural world more deeply..
