Inner Peace
A gentle, yet deeply relaxing guided experience that offers a series of nature based visualisations and soundscapes using a technique called rotation of consciousness.
With its roots in the ancient Yoga Nidra, nature connection and many scientific proven healing and transformations; helps to relax your mind, body and emotions so deeply, often you will feel more refreshed than after a few hours of sleep

What you can expect
All you need to do is be in the a comfortable lying position, preferably the Shavasana position, and allow yourself to be guided by my voice.
You will be guided through a triple journey;
A journey through your senses
A pilgrimage through your body
A journey through the earth with natural soundscapes
The session also offers a seed of transformation and act of kindness.
It is the voice that reconnects.

These sessions are offered through zoom. For the best experience we encourage your to find somewhere that you can lie down comfortably that you will not be disturbed for approx one hour. A blanket and pillows will aid this comfort and preferably to use head phones.
We will invite you to mute and turn off your camera so that all you have to do is be guided by my voice.
In Person

We have a number of options for you to join an in person experience in one of our group events from woodlands, meadows and Beach environments.
These offer a wonderful experience of deep relaxation within a natural environment and surrounding soundscape of the earth.
We also offer an EcoNidra session as part of our day retreats.
Including walking to a chosen place to and from our meeting place - give yourself an hour and a half for the in person stand alone sessions.

This option offers a recording that is recorded specifically for you.
Once created for you, you can download the recording and can replay this as often as you wish - it is yours to keep..
The benefit of this is that you can take it anywhere with you, listen to it in your sit spot, on holiday or each evening before your sleep
This makes a great gift too.
We lay in Savasana beneath an old beech tree and meditated on ruminant words and the songs of the forest. Birds sang in the distance, insects scurried past my ears and an inquisitive squirrel sat in the overhead branches as we took a sacred journey through inner contemplation.
I looked to my dreams and to the things that I am consistently called to be. 𝘼 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙮 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚. 𝘼 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚 & 𝙥𝙤𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩, 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙤𝙛 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.
In my mind's eye I placed my ideas and creative vision inside an acorn seed and buried the seed beneath my resting place at the foot of the wise old beech tree. Here the acorn germinated, guided by Maria's gentle narration and nurtured by the pattern of my long, drawn out breathing.
And when we slowly returned to the present moment I sensed the acorn crack open, the roots of my potential taking hold as simultaneously a twig cracked near my feet...
I opened my eyes to parting wisdom; 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘦𝘥.
