REIKI - Foundation training for Self Care (First Degree)

“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing.
We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being.
Reiki is a gentle energy that works by restoring the balance in a persons energy system. It can help promote the body's own natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki is a wonderful gift to yourself that when used on yourself regularly as a self care technique can help increase your overall wellbeing.
There are no boundaries or limitations attached to Reiki.
You do NOT need any religious or spiritual beliefs to enjoy it.
You just need to be willing to receive the energy.
Training takes place in person for attunements and practice and access to online modules for the theory, history and deeper concepts.
The theory element is completed first and once assignments are completed an in-person day session will be booked with you to complete 4 attunements and practice within Nature.
We offer weekdays and weekends at various dates throughout the year. We also offer the ability for 1-1 training.
You will then be asked to complete at least 21 days of self healing and a further appointment will then be made to discuss your insights and practice.
Once this has been completed, you will be awarded your certification.
Winter 2027 we will also be offering an 2 day residential retreat style course - please contact me for further details.
EFT - Energy Freedom Technique (Tapping)
Emotional Freedom Techniques “Tapping”
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also known as tapping is another energy technique that can be used frequently on yourself to work through a specific challenge or simply to help with day to day stress that our modern lifestyle attracts.
Again, although qualified to teach at all levels, my preference is to teach you how to use this for yourself effectively in order for you to use everyday and to integrate this into your life.
Training is offered via an initial workshop that provides an understanding of what EFT is, how it can be used and how it will benefit you.
You will discover how you can use this alongside your writing or journalling and also how it can be used with positive statements and to help evolve and transform mindsets.
Mentoring is also offered to deepen your practice, should you wish to do so.
MEDITATION
This program takes your through a number of different styles of meditation from body scans to silence, soundscapes and visualisations
It is an 6 week program that offers a new style of meditation each week with a few of each style to choose from each week.
We encourage you to listen to these sessions each day to build your own practice and develop positive habits.
We have included some sessions of just ten minutes and others that are longer to help incorporate into many lifestyles.
This entire course is offered online with the option of attending some live online and an in-person session if you wish to do so, however this is not obligatory.
