A gentle invitation to soften into slowness and quietude.
A gentle invitation to soften into slowness and quietude
To pause without purpose, to let noise settle, and to feel the weight of your own breath.
Here, nothing is urgent. Nothing is required of you.
The light moves slowly, the air is still and time begins to loosen its grip.
You dont have to chase, prove or create - You can simply be....
Let your thoughts soften at the edges, let your shoulders drop and let the day unfold at its own pace.
Come back to the quiet places within you - They've been waiting.
~MC
How does it feel to just stop and take a pause. Breathe slowly and then ask yourself how you are?
When you show yourself a moment of compassion, of softness; how does that land in your body?
It is so easy to be caught up in the demands of our modern busy lives, that we miss ourselves, our lives and sometimes even our loved one; as time just disappears and we continue to race.
I personally believe that we all get to a stage within our lives, when ever that is for you - when we feel a discord, a longing for simplicity and ease in our lives .
