This section will cover my journey through my first trimester of becoming a midwife. I took eight classes totaling fifteen credits.

This section covers my second trimester and the end of phase one of my program. I took nine classes totaling seventeen and a half credits.

This section covers my third trimester and the beginning of phase two of my program. I took eight classes totaling sixteen and a half credits. This completed my first full year.

This section covers my fourth trimester at MCU and the second trimester of phase two of my program. I took three classes totaling five credits and cut back this trimester due to a heavier work load clinically with taking on a birth center.

This section covers my fifth trimester at MCU and the third trimester of phase two. I took four classes this term totaling 10.5 credits. I found four classes was a good balance for the work load of phase two.

This section covers my sixth trimester at MCU and fourth trimester of phase two. I took four classes totaling a credit load of 10 credits. I continued to take an easier term in preparation for next terms difficult course work load.

This section covers my seventh trimester at MCU and the last trimester of Phase 2. I tested in December for moving to phase three and passed with excellence. I took six classes totaling 17 credits for one of my heaviest course loads of the whole program.

This section covers my eighth trimester at MCU and first trimester of phase three the final phase of the program as a primary student. I took seven classes totaling 16 credits. I went back to a heavy course load to finish out my last two terms in a timely manner.

This section covers my ninth and final trimester at MCU to finish phase three and test to graduate in August 2024. This trimester I will also be completing my NARM testing and once complete then my Washington State licensure testing to officially become a CPM/LM. I took seven classes totaling 14 credits to finish busy and strong just like I started!

This section covers my continued efforts to expand my knowledge and services I can provide. I took 2025 off to enjoy my career after earning my degree and am back at it in 2026!
