School and community based clinicians (e.g., school social workers, counselors, pyschologists, community mental health clinicians) play a vital role in MTSS, but their contributions can be misunderstood leading to either over-utilization or under-utilization. This materials explores how clinicians can consult, coordinate, and facilitate across the three tiers of support.
