There are 2 Recognition criteria for the 2025-26 school year:
1. Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) - All schools are required to submit the TFI online in your PBIS Assessment account (www.pbisapps.org) at least once during this school year.
We will accept EITHER version:
TFI 2.1
TFI 3.0
2. Fill out an online Recognition application https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ILRec2526 , so we can be updated on your Coaching staff. Download and review the application questions prior to starting the application.
Storytelling Badge
Tell your story! Schools that improve their implementation of PBIS regularly see improved school culture and climate and other impacts to student, family and staff outcomes. Develop a teaching and learning story about your journey to receive the Storytelling Badge. Templates and examples are linked below. You’ll have the opportunity to submit your teaching and learning story on your Recognition application.
Action Planning Badge
One of the main reasons schools use the TFI is to assess their current PBIS implementation and then use those results and other data points to guide action planning. Schools that submit an action plan based on their annual evaluation data will receive an Action Planning badge. Action planning resources are linked below. You’ll have the opportunity to submit your action plan information on your Recognition application.
