School Day

Arrival – Students are asked to arrive from 8.30am; Drop & Go - students that arrive in advance of 8.30am are directed to wait in Assembly Hall.

Opening – Classrooms opened at 8.30am.

Accessing lockers – Lockers only for Form I and boarders in phase 1.

Assembly – Starts in class at 8.40am.

Class start – Class starts at 8.50am.

Transition – Form I in base classrooms (1e-Rm12, 1o-Rm 14, 1x-Rm 15; R14 & 15 are the former Form 6 & 5 locker rooms. Other students transitions following one-way system

Colton building downstairs: students enter through the doors facing the dining hall and exit via the doors closest to the hockey pitch

Colton building upstairs: students enter through the doors facing the dining hall and exit staying on the left of the internal stairs and out the left of the main door

Jameson building: students enter through the main door and exit from J1 & J4 through the side door, and from J2 & J3 through the back door.

Transitioning from Colton Building to the Long Classrooms or the J Block, students go behind the main school building.

Transitioning from Long Classrooms or the J Block to the Colton Building, students go in front of the main school building.

Students exiting 18, 19 & 20 may go behind the main school building to get to the Colton, but are asked to keep left.

Break times – Staggered: Form I, II & III 10.50am; Form IV, V & VI 11.30am.

Lunch time – Staggered: Form I, II & III 1.05pm; Form IV, V, VI 1.45pm (All at 1.45pm on Wednesdays).

Class finish – Class finishes at 3.45pm; on Wednesdays, class finishes at 1.45pm

Collection – Parents requested to remain in their vehicle where possible and observe 2m social distancing on campus.

After school – Day pupils are asked to go home, go to study area or attend ECA when operation.

Prep – Currently only for Boarders & Day Boarders, but will be expanded to Day pupils shortly.

ECA – ECA now in operation.

Visits to school – By appointment only.
