While we cannot promise the supplier's fulfillment for every case, the COOP thanks you for getting this to our attention as we consolidate and raise all similar issues to the supplier - GoGenie PH. OMSMPC is working on exploring legal or other options so the supplier takes accountability for their deficiencies.
