Register and Login to OMSMPC Member Portal
Click “Help Center” on the left side of the Home page
Your information will be auto-populated on the “Create a Ticket to Get Support” page.
Under the “Help Topics/Categories of Concerns” field, select the best option for your concern.
Provide the Issue Summary and specify your concern in the “Details of your Concern” field.
Click "Send Ticket". (You'll get an email confirmation after creating a ticket)
