For faster payout, you may use UnionBank or Asia United Bank (AUB). Sellers with UB or AUB accounts receive their payout in real-time. The cutoff is Monday at 1 PM. Responses beyond the cutoff will take effect the following week. We'll send an email confirmation once validated and approved.

Thank you for your email. For your new shops, take note that it will undergo Lazada's verification process which takes at least one (1) week. In your Seller Center Statement Status, if your payout is still under Settlement In Progress, this means that your profile is still with Lazada.
Take note that Lazada will process your initial payouts. OMSMPC will only do the payout processing and handling of your shop once you become a regular member of the Cooperative. For further assistance and other requests, kindly contact PSC thru SC Help Center.

Thank you for your email. For your concern, we'd like to inform you that your request can't be provided by the Coop. OMSMPC does not issue its legal documents to any members as these are exclusive Coop documents and cannot be used as supplementary files for personal transactions like loan applications.
Should you need references issued by OMSMPC, please use your collected SOA and Certificate of Membership as supplementary. You may also start acquiring your business permits for future purposes.

Thank you for your email. Be informed that the amount in your Seller Center is not the final amount. Lazada endorses your funds to Coop and then processes your final payout to your bank account. The Coop sends your final SOA of your weekly payout. The amount in your Coop SOA is the final amount to be credited to your bank account. As an individual seller, you are subject to certain fees as stated in your Seller Agreement.

In line with Lazada’s New Payout Cycle and Daily Account Statement (NPC-DAS), we’d like to inform you that all new and additional shops endorsed to COOP starting last July 2022 will not include in the COOP’s basic services such as payout processing, issuance of the sales invoice, and SOA.
This means that the payout and invoice of these shops, from the start of NPC-DAS, will be processed by Lazada and not by OMSMPC. In your case, the invoice for this specific shop will not be included in COOP's processing.
Please wait for further updates as the Management and Board of Directors are working on a new process that will enable these affected shops to avail of all COOP services.
