Hi Ka-Seller,
Thank you for your email. For your concern, take note thatr GMV is your total payout (net income) in a fiscal year. This means return transactions and shipping fees have been accounted for and deducted from the amount we use to evaluate your shop's growth.
We compute the GMV by consolidating the payouts of each seller every week starting Jan 1 (start of fiscal year). Once GMV reaches 3M at any point of the year, it then becomes compulsory for the seller to apply for business docs, and transition to corporate.
Hope this helps. Thank you!
