Implementation Team Uses Data

Thank you to a local Pyramid Model team for sharing their team's documentation of what data is looked at when, who it's shared with, what is done with it, and where it is stored.

The Look/Think/Act cycle is a great one to use when looking at any source of data as a team.  Take a look at what the cycle could look like around BOQ data.

Benchmarks of Quality v2 Resources

This folder contains resources to support your Implementation Team in completing the Benchmarks of Quality:

*The "BOQ Guidance Document" provides you with examples of what each indicator looks like if scored a 0, 1, or 2.

*The "PM BOQ Staff Input Survey" is designed to gather key information from all staff in advance of the Implementation Team completing the BOQ ratings.  This information will support scoring justifications on multiple BOQ indicators.

*The "BOQ Culturally Responsive Companion Guide" is a resource for teams to consider when scoring and/or action planning around the BOQ and provides cultural considerations for each BOQ indicator.

Using Behavior Incident Report (BIR) Data

Wondering how to support staff in using the valuable data from your program's BIRs Workbook?

The Look/Think/Act handouts to your left are designed to provide an easy and efficient structure in having conversations with team members around each tab of the BIRs Workbook.  These are best used when downloaded into Word.
