The Organization Management module centralizes the account’s structural data, including locations, departments, positions, and employee records, allowing administrators to create and maintain practice sites, designate location managers, enable credentialing and payer configurations, manage organizational NPIs, and provision users at scale. Use it to establish the account foundation (individual or bulk via CSV), enforce visibility and role settings, and maintain accurate, reportable organizational data that powers onboarding, enrollments, and downstream credentialing and learning workflows.

Go to Organization Management → Employee Center, then click New Employee to enter details manually or Upload XLSX to import many accounts at once (download the template first). After entering or uploading the data, click Save / Upload to create the account.
In Organization Management → Employee Center, click the employee’s name, select Change Status, choose the new status from the dropdown, and click Update.
In Employee Center, enable the Deactivated filter, open the deactivated user’s Full Profile → User and Password, edit the email address and click Update. The previous address then becomes available for new accounts.
Go to Organization Management → Supervisors, enter the required fields and click Add to appoint a supervisor. To remove a supervisor, open Supervisors in Company and click the trashcan icon next to the person’s name.
Navigate to Organization Management → Locations. Click Create Location and fill the required fields (or upload a CSV for bulk creation), then Create. To modify a location, click the edit (pencil) icon, make changes, and Save. To delete, click the trashcan icon for the target location.
In Employee Center, click Manage Categories (next to New Employee): use New category to create, double-click a name to rename, use the status dropdown to set Active/Deprecated, and click the trashcan to delete. To assign a category to an employee, open the employee’s Full Profile → Employment information and select the category from the Employee category dropdown (only Active categories appear).
