The Admin Dashboard within the MedTrainer Credentialing module is your command-center for provider credentialing management. It provides a real-time overview of key metrics — including document statuses, enrollments, verifications, licenses, and tasks — giving credentialing administrators instant visibility into workflows and compliance. You can also perform critical actions directly from this screen, such as activating or deactivating providers, launching new enrollment submissions, and responding to system notifications. All of this is designed to help you monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and stay inspection-ready from one centralized interface.
Go to mt|credentialing → Admin Dashboard.
Click Enrollments Status.
Click New enrollments.
Select the Insurances configuration, Enrollments configurations and Providers selection.
Confirm details and click Save.
Open the enrollment to complete required tabs: Information, Checklist, Notes/Tasks, Amend Form, and Documents.Â
Go to mt|credentialing → Admin Dashboard.
Click Activate Providers to open the Provider Profiles list.
Click on the Clear all button located at the top.
Search for the provider you want to activate.
Locate the Credentialing Status column.
Click on the Deactivated button and select Active.
Select the Credentialing locations.
Click Activate.Â

Step 4: Select the Active Profiles tab
Step 5: Locate the Provider you wish to disable & select the disable button (under the actions column)
Step 6: Select Accept
A provider profile can be terminated via the Employee Center if the user is no longer employed at the organization or no longer requires the MT | Credentialing functionality.Â

Step 3: Select Activate Providers button
Step 4: Select the Active Profiles tab
Step 5: Locate the Provider you wish to pull a report
Step 6: Under the actions column, select the report button
Note: The system will download a PDF file of the report
The Export Report button downloads all the data currently displayed in your report, including:
All visible columns (provider information, IDs, statuses, expiration dates, locations, etc.)
All filtered results based on any filters you have applied
All rows across all pages, not just what you see on screen
Your sorting and column order
A structured file in CSV or XLSX format (depending on the size of the dataset)
This allows you to analyze, share, or store your report data outside the platform.
Notifications in the Admin Dashboard highlight items that require your attention such as missing documents, upcoming expirations, pending tasks, or enrollment updates. To address them:
1. Open the Admin Dashboard
Go to MT | Credentialing > Admin Dashboard.
Your notifications appear in the Notifications widget at the top of the page.
2. Click any notification
Each notification is clickable and will take you directly to the related provider profile or module.
Common notification types include:
Expiring or missing documents
Pending verifications
Enrollment follow-ups
Assigned tasks
Profile details needing completion
3. Review and complete the required action
Once redirected, you can resolve the issue by:
Uploading or updating documents
Completing verifications
Updating enrollment workflow states
Adding required information
Completing or reassigning tasks
4. Return to the Dashboard
After completing the action, the notification will automatically clear once the system updates.
Super Admins: Receive all credentialing notifications.
Admins: Receive notifications for providers and locations they have permission to access.
Location Managers: Receive notifications only for providers assigned to their managed locations.
Providers: Receive notifications for document requests and forms they need to complete.
The Documents Graph in the Admin Dashboard gives a quick overview of the current document status across all providers you have access to. It displays:
Missing Documents
Incomplete Documents
Expired Documents
Active Documents
Archived Documents
This graph helps you quickly identify areas that need attention and navigate directly to the corresponding provider or document list for follow-up.
The Enrollments Graph shows how all provider enrollments are distributed across workflow states, including:
Approved
Enrolling
Onboarding
Rejected
Terminated
It gives a fast snapshot of where each enrollment stands and which ones may need attention.
The Verifications Graph shows how all provider verifications are distributed by status, including:
Not Started
In Progress
Verified
Failed / Unable to Verify
Expired
It provides a quick snapshot of verification progress and helps identify items that require attention.
The Licenses Graph displays the status of all provider licenses, including:
Active
Expiring
Expired
Missing/Pending
It gives a quick overview of license compliance and highlights items that may need immediate action.
