The Template Library is a collection of thousands (2,000+ and growing) of expert-drafted policy and document templates that are built into the MedTrainer platform.
These templates are care-setting specific (clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care, etc) and are aligned with major regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) as well as state-specific needs.

Who can access the Template Library?
Who can access the Template Library?
The Template Library is available to Super Admins and Admins. These users can browse the library and copy any template into their account’s Documents & Policies module for editing and use.

In Template Library select the row for the desired template, click Add to Documents & Policies in the app bar, choose the destination folder in the Select folder modal, and click Save. A snackbar confirms the copy and links to the target folder. The copied template appears in Documents & Policies with a Draft lifecycle.
How do I view or download a template?
How do I view or download a template?
Select the template row and click View in the app bar to open the document in the Document Viewer (it opens in a new tab). To download, select the template row and click the Download icon in the app bar — the file will be saved to your PC. You can also open Document Info from the viewer to review the template’s metadata.
