Arboretum record keeping is done using a Google Drive account (arboretum@medfordleas.net) and a Google Sites web page (https://sites.google.com/medfordleas.net/medfordleas-arboretum/medford-leas-arboretum). Below are block diagrams for the organization of data on the Google Drive and the web page layout.

This Google Sites website is fairly basic, but is nice because it is optimised for mobile devices as well as computers.

Much of the data on the Google Drive is accessable from this web page in a read only format.
