Howdy Mustangs! You will have a variety of options for doing some healthy and FUN physical activities. Below are four sections for your virtual PE class workout. Your challenge is to choose a minimum of THREE activities to participate in from any of the four sections below. I challenge you to pick an activity from at least two different sections. In section 4, option 5, I encourage you to check out some of the "FlipGrid" physical activities other Mustang's have been doing and posting.
Option 1: Jump Rope! Grab a rope and practice mastering as many of Mr. Lungo's jump roping skill challenges below. If you can do each skill smoothly 10 times in a row, you are becoming a master of the skill. Option 2: Choose and PLAY one of the "Skill Games" from our Mustang PE webpage tab or click the link directly below. https://sites.google.com/mead354.org/evergreen-pe/skills-games
Option 3: Go OUTSIDE and PLAY! Go for a walk. Play some pass with a football or other ball. Ride a bike or scooter. Get some fresh air and move. *Make sure you have your parents permission before heading out to play.
Option 4: Look through YouTube for fun physical activities and participate in them. If you find something really cool that you like to do, please share it with me and I'll add it to our website.
Option 5: Check out our Evergreen Mustangs FLIPGRID page https://flipgrid.com/lungo2020 and see what your fellow classmates/Mustangs have been doing to stay fit and active.
