Get permission fromn your parents and then take a video showing some fun healthy physical activity and post it. Take a look at what other Mustang's have been up to over the years.
Get 60 minutes up to several hours of physical activity every day - take some videos or pics.

Using the choice board game below, your challenge is to complete as many squares within a week. Complete a square by doing that activity for one full day. Can you complete at least FIVE squares? Hey, if you want to be totally awesome and healthy, superstar, try for a blackout (all squares completed).
You can also challenge yourself to complete a square over multiple days. For example, can you eat a veggie serving at every meal and then repeat it the next day or all week? You may even go above and beyond and try eating a serving of food from each of the five food groups - fruit, veggie, whole grain, lean protein, and non/lowfat dairy.
