There are many choices to choose from. There are skill challenges, fitness workouts, dances, and timers (countdown clocks). Feel free to make up your own rules, modify games, use different equipment, and do the activities longer or multiple times. Find your favorites and do them more often!!!

If you are following the scoring system in the videos or you decide to create your own scoring, do it over & over again and beat your personal record.
