Media Center 

The Library Media Center offers an extensive collection of over 16,500 items of print and non-print resources including books, magazines, newspapers, online reference sources, and manga. The Library Media Center’s resources have been specifically selected to support the school’s instructional programs and to help foster our student's love of reading.

Students have access to electronic resources 24/7 through the Destiny system. Destiny allows students to access online encyclopedias, databases and media collections as well as the ability to search for, reserve, and rate materials. Destiny can be accessed through the school website, or directly from https://destiny.mcpsmd.org

The Library Media Center has 12 networked computers and 30 Chromebooks with applications designed to assist student learning. Word processing, graphic organizing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software are all accessible in the Library Media Center. Each student computer account is accessible through a unique password. Students are encouraged to use the online resources provided by MCPS and RPMS.
