Asian Student Union (ASU)

The B-CC Asian Student Union aims to provide the B-CC student body with various opportunities to explore and interact with Asian culture through events, activities, and meetings organized by the ASU. Through inclusive and diverse membership, we hope to foster intercultural dialogue and understanding.

Black Student Union (BSU)

The primary mission of the Black Student Union is to provide a multifaceted platform for our Black students, fostering cultural enrichment and intellectual development through a diverse range of educational, social, and political initiatives. Our overarching goal is to create an inclusive and empowering environment where Black students from the diaspora can engage in meaningful discourse, gain valuable insights, and actively participate in shaping our collective future.

Jewish Student Union (JSU)

The Jewish Student Union works with administration and the B-CC student body to raise important issues to improve school climate for our Jewish students. No Place for Hate is our school anti-bias and bullying-prevention program.  We plan school-wide activities to better our school climate in general. These two clubs work together to create lessons for the student body.

Latino Student Union (LSU)

The Latino Student Union (LSU) is a vibrant, inclusive organization dedicated to celebrating and promoting Latino culture and heritage. Through a variety of events, workshops, and activities, LSU aims to foster a sense of community, support cultural understanding, and provide a platform for students to share their diverse backgrounds. The Latino Student Union is committed to enriching the high school experience for all students and encouraging an appreciation for the richness of Latino traditions and contributions.

Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA)

The Bethesda Chevy-Chase Gender and Sexuality Alliance is a club devoted to improving the experiences of LGBTQIA+ students at B-CC. We also organize activities, and teach about LGBTQIA+ history.

Muslim Student Association (MSA)

The Muslim Student Association offers students a welcoming space to explore and celebrate Islamic faith and culture. Members deepen their understanding of Islamic history, traditions, and values while organizing events that foster community engagement and support.

Iranian Student Union (ISU)

The Iranian Student Union provides students with a space to learn and appreciate Iranian culture and heritage.

The Desi Student Association is a club that brings B-CC's Desi community together with activities like mock shaadis, gaining a better understanding of our culture, and more.

The Disabled Student Union is a group aimed at empowering individuals with disabilities and providing self-advocacy resources.

Pan African Student Association

The Pan African Student Association celebrates the diverse cultures, histories, and identities of the African continent and its diaspora. The group fosters unity, pride, and awareness through cultural events, discussions, and community-building activities that highlight the richness and resilience of Pan-African heritage.

Minority Scholars Program (MSP)

The mission of this program is to empower students to analyze and disrupt systems of oppression and racial inequities. Their vision statement is to create a world where Black and Brown students experience success, belonging, and equity in school and communities.

Ethiopian Student Union (EESU)

A welcoming space for Ethiopian students to connect, celebrate their culture, and support one another. The group fosters community through shared traditions, language, and meaningful conversations about identity and heritage.

Bible Club 

Bible Club provides a space for students to explore their faith, reflect on biblical teachings, and build community through discussion and fellowship.
