The BOOtique collects new and gently used Halloween costumes in September and offers them for free in October. This helps reduce waste from costumes and accessories that are often used once and then thrown away. It also ensures all children in our community have access to costumes, regardless of cost.

We will work together to help our environment, right here in our community. EcoExchange is an organization that organizes collection drives to prevent usable items from being thrown away and end up in landfills. During our club, we will talk about the importance of this mission and organize multiple collection drives throughout this school year.

A welcoming club that teaches BCC students about poverty as it relates to childhood life in other countries. The club has an essential needs drive 3 times a year to donate clothing, shoes, toys, etc. to an orphanage in the Philippines.

Once Upon a Prom collects experienced prom dresses and provides an opportunity for anyone who needs a prom dress but might be able to afford it to get one. This club has provided prom dresses for hundreds of high school of all genders across the DMV. The club has received numerous accolades from local news sources Bethesda Today and Fox 5.

Letters For Love is a club focused on helping those struggling with mental health issues. We send uplifting and inspiring letters to teens battling with mental health in hospitals.

The mission of this club is to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's disease which affects millions of people and families. We will help plan, run, and grow Dunk Alzheimer's. The money we raise will go to UsAgainstAlzheimer's in the hope of getting closer to finding a cure for this horrible disease.

Once a month we will visit an urban farm in Ward 7 of Washington DC. Together we will harvest and donate produce from the farm to people in the neighborhood. SSL hours will be given to students who attend meetings.
