A mix of footsteps, claps and spoken word produce complex rhythms in this modern expressive art form. Today, from historically Black fraternities and sororities to non-profit organizations, stepping is one of the most complex and historically significant forms of dance and storytelling in the Black community.

Majorettes

Our majorette team is a group of students who perform choreographed routines that often combine dance, gymnastics, and baton twirling. We perform at school events, pep rallies, and sports games, especially during halftime shows for football games.

This club aims to bring the school community together by teaching students how to DIY their own clothing! We want to show people that fashion can be made sustainable by customizing it at home. We will crochet, hand sew, and learn other homemade clothing tricks!
