Many students will elect to study an additional language other than English with an external provider (such as the Victorian School of Languages).
Students undertaking a language with an external provider:
Must communicate this information to their Student Managers and the MIPs interview team during the Year 10 interviews in October/November, as it will influence the timetabling of the students' VCE course in Years 11 and 12. If students plan to undertake a Units 3 & 4 study of a language when in Year 11, this may prevent the student from also undertaking a Units 3 & 4 study in another subject (when in Year 11).
Will be required to provide relevant information about their enrolment in a language to the College's VASS coordinator throughout Years 11 & 12 (when directed to do so by the Student Management team and/or Head of Senior School)
Will undertake their Units 3 & 4 written exams at the College in November.
