Tops: Shirt sleeves should be wide enough to cover approximately the width of four child fingers across the top of the shoulder. If the sleeves are narrower, please have your child wear a jacket or sweater over the shirt.
Bottoms: Shorts, skirts, and dresses must be at least fingertip length to ensure comfort and appropriateness for school activities. Leggings or shorts should be worn underneath dresses or skirts for added coverage. If your child is wearing a long shirt paired with leggings, the shirt must also reach fingertip length.
Shoes: Please send your child to school wearing shoes that are safe and comfortable for running and playing every day. Tennis shoes paired with socks are the best choice to keep your child active and protected throughout the school day.
Flip-flops, sandals, and cowboy boots are not recommended for kindergarten, as they can be unsafe or difficult for children during play and activities.
Specials Dress Code: On days when students have PE, tennis shoes are required to ensure safety and full participation. We also recommend tennis shoes on Music days for added comfort and ease of movement.
Children not following the dress code will require a change of clothing. In such cases, parents will be contacted to bring appropriate attire to school.
Thank you for helping us keep all students safe and ready to learn and play!
