Absences

To report a current or upcoming absence, click the link above to fill out the form OR send a doctor’s note, parent note, or an email to the school registrar, Amy Colman, at acolman@mckinneyisd.net and CC your child's teacher so that two people receive it. You must send this email or note within three days for your child's absence to be excused. 

Attendance is taken at 9:15am each school day. Your child will be counted absent for the entire day if your child arrives after 9:15am.
