Tickets: bulk status update

Bulk status update for Tickets

On the Tickets page, you can now select multiple tickets at once and update their status in a single action.

How to use:

1. Go to the Tickets section

2. Check the checkboxes on the left side of each row you want to update

3. To select all tickets at once — check the checkbox in the table header

4. Once selected, the Cancel and Status buttons will appear in the top panel along with a Selected X Rows counter

5. Click the Status button

6. In the popup, select the desired status from the dropdown (e.g. Completed)

7. Click Apply

The status will be updated for all selected tickets at once.
