In the Billing section of the Marksel system, you can find a table that provides detailed information regarding the financial settlements between affiliates and advertisers. This table helps track invoices generated based on the traffic driven by affiliates to the offers.
In the left field, enter the value and press Enter or Apply. Search will be conducted based on the list title.
You can also select a time period for the search based on the creation date using the calendar next to the input field.
You can export the list of invoices for further analysis or use. To do this, use the export function, which is available in Excel format.
Currency — Choose the currency in which the invoice payment will be made.
Select Payment System — Choose the payment system used for processing the payment.
Select Status — Choose the invoice status.
Waiting — The invoice is awaiting payment.
Partly Pay — The invoice is being paid in installments.
Approved — The invoice is fully paid.
Declined — The invoice is rejected, and payment cannot be processed.
Invoice Period — The period during which the invoice was generated. This is the date or range of dates when conversions occurred, for which the affiliate is being compensated.
Affiliate — The affiliate to whom the payment is being made.
Invoice Balance — The total amount to be paid, taking currency into account. If multiple currencies are involved, information for each currency is displayed separately.
Payment System — The payment system used to process the payment. This is taken from the affiliate's profile. If the affiliate has multiple payment systems, the system automatically selects the highest priority one.
Date Created — The date when the manager created the invoice. This field helps track when the invoice was generated and submitted for payment.
Date of Payment — The date when the invoice was marked as Approved, indicating that the payment was completed.
Notes — Managers can add notes to the invoice, such as clarifying partial payment conditions or adding comments about delays or other specific payment terms.
Status — The current status of the invoice.
Waiting — The invoice is awaiting payment.
Partly Pay — The invoice is being paid in installments. Notes can specify the amount of partial payment.
Approved — The invoice is fully paid, and the funds have been transferred to the affiliate.
Declined — The invoice was rejected and cannot be processed.
At the end of the table, you will find a popup window where you can change the invoice status to Approved, Declined, or Partly Pay.
Additionally, you have the option to Delete the invoice or View its details. Deletion is available within 30 minutes of receiving the Approved status for any invoice.
ADD AND DELETE CONVERSION
On the invoice page, detailed information about the conversions is displayed. You can filter them using the Filters. To add conversions to the invoice:
Select the conversions using the checkboxes on the left side of the table.
Click the Add button to add the selected conversions to the invoice.
To delete conversions from the invoice, follow the same steps but click the Delete button. Payment for these conversions will not be processed.
INVOICE MANAGEMENT
Clicking View at the end of the Billing table will take you to a page with detailed information about the specific invoice. The following fields are displayed:
Affiliate Name — The name of the affiliate for whom the payment was generated.
Email — The affiliate’s email address.
Invoice Period — The period for which the payment is being made.
Total — The total payment amount for the affiliate. If multiple currencies are involved, amounts are displayed separately for each.
Currency Payment and Payment System — The payment system used for processing the payment. It is automatically selected from the affiliate's profile, based on priority settings.
Current Invoice Status:
Waiting — The invoice is awaiting payment.
Partly Pay — The invoice is being paid in installments.
Approved — The invoice is fully paid.
Declined — The invoice was rejected, and payment cannot be processed.
Add Conversion — Clicking this will redirect you to the page for adding conversions to the invoice.
Delete Conversion — Clicking this will redirect you to the page for deleting conversions from the invoice.
At the end, you will find a popup window where you can change the invoice status to Approved, Declined, or Partly Pay. After reviewing the invoice, you can also view a table with information about the offers the affiliate is working with.
In the OFFERS table, the following fields are displayed:
ID — The offer ID number.
Offer Name — The offer name.
Payout Amount — The average payout amount per conversion.
Conversion Quantity — The number of conversions for the offer.
Sum — The total amount for the offer, calculated as the product of the average payout and the number of conversions.
Clicking the arrow next to the ID will display additional information about the offer targets, including geos, the number of conversions, and payouts for each target.
Managers can leave notes regarding payments by clicking Add Note. This function allows them to clarify payment terms or add comments.
