In this section, you can send previously created custom lead lists to advertisers. If you have not yet created any lead lists, you can do so here.
In the left field, select the search parameter: List, Manager, Affiliate, Offer or Product. In the right field, enter the value and press Enter or Apply.
You can also select a time period for the search based on the creation date using the calendar next to the input field.
Additionally, you can select the lead's status: Active, Paused, Deleted or Done.
Buttons for managing filters:
Apply — applies the set filters and performs the search.
Clear — resets the filters and clears the search results.
Existing distributions are displayed in a table with the following fields:
ID - the unique identifier of the distribution.
List Title - the name of the distribution list.
Managers - the name of the manager who created the distribution.
Send Interval - the start and end time of the lead sending process.
Period - the total estimated time for sending leads.
Affiliates - the name of the affiliate from which the leads are being sent.
Offers - the offer to which the leads are being sent.
Data setting - lead data parameters.
Last send lead - the date and time the last lead was sent. For ongoing distributions, this time constantly updates.
Last send - the actual date when lead distribution was completed.
Status - distribution status, which can be:
Active - the distribution is in progress.
Paused - the distribution is temporarily paused.
Deleted - the distribution has been removed.
Done - the lead sending process has finished.
In the last column of the table, you can access a contextual menu with the following options:
Delete - remove the distribution.
Done - mark the distribution as completed. The sending stops at the moment of completion, even if not all leads have been sent.
Paused - temporarily pause the distribution.
To create a new distribution list, fill in the form fields as follows:
Title - specify the distribution name. Only you will see this name.
Period - select the time interval at which the system will send leads from the list.
Value - specify the time unit for sending leads, such as 1, 2, 5, etc. For instance, if you select seconds and set the value to 5, one lead will be sent to the advertiser every 5 seconds. The system optimizes the process to ensure lead distribution takes as little time as possible while maintaining a natural flow to the advertiser.
Select Lead List - choose the lead list to be distributed.
Affiliate - select the affiliate from which the leads will be sent.
Offer - choose the offer to which the leads will be sent.
At the bottom of the form, the estimated time for sending all leads from the list is displayed in red. This time depends on the number of leads and the frequency selected above.
Once all fields are filled, click Apply. The distribution will begin immediately after the list is created.
