Marketing Outpost ABBA Projects

ABBA contracted with Marketing Outpost (July 2023) to provide ongoing marketing services. Each month we meet with the marketing chair to review progress and provide updates.  We understand you're busy so we've outlined the current projects here. Please feel free to ask questions or provide ideas!​

Monthly Content Marketing

• Monthly Blog featuring latest area information, activities & special events + Innkeeper Specials + Latest ABBA Member News

• Monthly Email Newsletter to subscribers

• Monthly Social Media Marketing & Management including engagement + growth on Facebook, Instagram, GMB plus Quarterly Social Media Insights Reports

• Website Maintenance and Updating as needed

• Monthly Marketing Meetings & Updates to marketing chair​

Special Campaigns

• Updating Website with Innkeeper Photos, Specials, Membership pages

• Develop creative campaigns to attract visitors/guests

• Develop New Membership website pages

• Develop Direct Campaign to attract new members including research

Special Rates for ABBA Members

As an additional value-add benefit to Asheville Bed & Breakfast members, Marketing Outpost will offer the following services to ABBA members only at 10% off regular rates.  

• Website Design (or consulting)

• Individual Photoshoots and Videoshoots (see below for details)

• Marketing Strategy and Consultation 

• Ad Hoc Consultation/Advice - We know that some members may just need a few “brainstorming” sessions or simply want to run ideas by us.  We’ve seen and heard of most of it so our feedback to you could prove helpful in making marketing decisions. This could include: marketing in general including: digital advertising, any of the above items (website design, etc.) plus reviewing proposals or offers they may receive from other vendors.  Sometimes it helps to have an objective review.  They may just want us to help brainstorm ideas with them, discuss the market in general, look over marketing proposals from various vendors, assistance with special events at their B&Bs, etc. We are open to any and all of that.  

We would review each request from ABBA members on a case by case basis to see if there is mutual fit and if so we would provide a flat 20% discount.  We bill monthly for all services performed that previous month.  The invoice would be billed at our normal rates and then discounted 20%.  

Current rates vary from $30 - $125, depending on service requested.  We can provide an estimate for each request.
