Despite the instructions on the display, updating the pack software and/or cleaning the keypad connection will not clear the message. We have exhaustively tried these options in coordination with Hydropool with no luck.

This error is normally caused by some sort of power inconstancy (power outage, power surge, lightning). Unfortunately, there isn't anything that can prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
