Year 1     Learning Update

Central idea: The weather can affect how people live.

Year One enjoyed a fantastic week exploring different climates and climate change. They started by discovering how various foods are grown around the world, sampling tropical fruits and making a traditional Siberian soup.

Inspired by David Attenborough's environmental work, the children created posters promoting climate change awareness and shared their knowledge with the Early Years class.
