Science: The Circulatory System
We are following our second line of inquiry in which we are now exploring the role and purpose of the media. To begin with, we have thought about the role that the media has played throughout history, focusing on the difference between the media in WW1 and the media in WWII. We will then continue to explore the development of the media, and learn about the creation and rise of the internet.
In science, we are exploring the circulatory system. We have learnt how blood and other nutrients are transported around the body, delivering oxygen and removing waste products. Ask your children if they can explain this process at home!
We are moving on to division in maths. We are very keen for the children to practise times tables as often as possible and this includes any free time that you might have at home. If children can wow us with the practise that they have done at home, we will still reward them with house points in school!
