Our families can help each other in Marden.
Families are incredibly important to the children in Team Oak and Team Juniper. Therefore, the children we quick to talk about what the people that live in their homes and the special relatives that play an important role in their lives.
Louis: All families are different.
Mia: I live with my Mum and Dad but I love my Nanny too.
Marlie: I love all of my family. My family is a big family.
Jake: "My family is growing bigger because my mummy and daddy are having a baby."
The children were keen to draw their families and talk to their friends about the differences between them.

Through discussions and imaginative play, one theme kept recurring.
Scarlett: My family love each other.
Jack: My family look after me.
Tom: My family care about me and they keep me safe.
Maxwell: Family cook you nice food to keep you healthy.
Reminders
As the weather gets warmer, please ensure your child has a bottle filled with water. We will refill the bottle throughout the day when required. We also recommend sun lotion and a hat to help keep children safe in the sun.
