The MHS Concert Band is a full year course that rehearses during the school day. The instrumentation of our ensemble includes Flutes, Piccolos, Oboes, Bassoons, Clarinets, Bass Clarinets, Saxophones, Trumpets, French Horns, Trombones, Euphoniums, Tubas, String Bass, and Percussionists.
The group focuses on exploring, learning and performing Traditional Wind Band music literature. Students in concert band will grow not only as musicians but grow as community members too.
The Concert Band performs at a variety of Local Concerts and Concert Band Festivals!
Concert Band is offered in two levels:
CP1- College Prep 1
Honors- Honors students will have additional requirements.
