Assessments

Include links to the formal, summative assessment tasks you will use to determine whether students have mastered the 2-3 focus standards you have identified for this unit.  Your unit planner should also contain a link to the rubric and/or evaluation criteria associated with the tasks as well as links to exemplars. All of these items should be aligned to the Instructional Outcomes as outlined on the Know Show Charts.

There should also be a list of the various formative assessment tasks (with links) that will be used to evaluate student progress towards mastery for each of the unit's focus standards.

This information from this section should be used in conjunction with the Unit Instructional Outcomes to inform the remainder of the unit plan therefore it is imperative that the assessments are designed prior to moving forward.
