Add Missing Students to Workspace

Most likely they aren't logged into the correct email address.

Failing that, they may not actually be able see the workspace because they aren't in the Class list, or aren't added to the workspaces students/groups page.

Step 1. Check they are in the list on the "Class Info" tab for that class in Hapara Teacher Dashboard.

    • double check with the student that is the correct email address. Some students have multiple email addresses in our the system and you may to need to find out which one they are using.

Step 2. Add the correct email address to the Class List

Step 3. Go to the workspace tab for the class and select the workspace

    • Unfortunately you will need to repeat this step and step 4 on each individual workspace.

Step 4. Add the student to the workspace by putting them into a group
