Electronic Business System (EBS)

Our colleagues from the Data Centre are the ones who manage EBS. However, we have put together some resources here to help you get started. 

EBS automatically creates the Google account of new learners within 4 hours of enrolment. MAES IT does not create the learner's account. However, if it has been longer than 4 hours and an account is still not available, please double check that the learner has been enrolled. In the event that they are enrolled and still no Google account, please contact the MAES Helpdesk. If they are not enrolled, please contact the Data Centre.

If you want to speak to the Data Centre staff, they are based at Abraham Moss.
