The MAES IT Helpdesk is your main point of contact for all computer, internet, and other IT- or learning tech-related  issues. You can reach the helpdesk at maes.helpdesk@man-adulted.org.uk. If you do not have access to email, you can log a call using the portal https://maes.on.spiceworks.com/portal.

The IT and Learning Technologies team are mostly based at Greenheys and Abraham Moss although we do go around all the other centres every week or as needed. In the event of an urgent request, you can call us at 0161 2547326. We work from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. 

Please note that we do not manage your manchester.gov account, Ricoh printers and photocopiers, MCC docking stations, work phones and laptops. If you have any issues with those mentioned, please contact the Manchester City Council IT via the KIA portal using your work laptop or call them at 0161 234 1234.
