Place Standard & Resilience Survey

How do I feel about Tayvallich?

The community completed a survey with 23 questions specifically about Tayvallich and the surrounding area. The results were reviewed at Session 2 of the Tayvallich Sustainability Plan meetings.

The answers to these questions helped to identify some strengths and weaknesses to assist in the creation of an action plan.

The questions are fully anonymous and residents were asked to answer them as individuals. The results reflect residents' personal views of Tayvallich.

All questions were based on a simple 1-7 scale, where:

  • 1 means 'a lot of room for improvement'

  • 7 means 'very little room for improvement'

These questions were created based on a national resource called Place Standard (www.placestandard.scot) and include some additional questions created by Keep Scotland Beautiful.

74 responses were collected between 21/10/2020 and 21/11/2020. The numbers given are the modal average - the rating selected by the most people who responded.
