List Leslie Larsen, leslie.larsen@maine.edu, as supervisor so that we can push through the approval from the department end.
You will need your current FERPA completion certificate to upload.
The instructor has the authority to decide whether to give a student an Incomplete if all coursework is not turned in by the time grades are due. As a general rule, an incomplete is assigned only in extenuating circumstances and only if the amount of work to be completed is limited.
Final course grades must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office no later than seven calendar days after the last day of final examinations.
Timely submission is essential, as final grades are used to determine students’ academic standing, financial aid eligibility, and employer tuition reimbursement.
Grades should be submitted through MaineStreet, which can be accessed at http://mainestreet.maine.edu or via the My Campus Portal at http://my.usm.maine.edu.
Step-by-step instructions will be emailed to you before the end of each semester. If you need assistance submitting grades, please reach out to your course lead, Netty, or Leslie.
USM has a policy that no tests, exams, or quizzes may be given the week before the final examination week.
