Physical Mail on Campus

Portland:  Nursing faculty mailboxes are located on the second floor of Masterton Hall near the elevator. Mail may be sent via inter-campus mail to the Gorham campus, but must be brought in person to LAC or sent through the USPS.

Lewiston:  Mail for Lewiston faculty is placed in the LAC Campus Mailboxes in room 119.

@maine.edu Email Use is Required

• Email is the standard of communication at USM. Unfortunately, we won't be able to send an email to a non-USM email account, according to university policy.

• When you reply to an email, please make sure that all replies are sent through your @maine.edu email address.

• Please make sure you communicate with students using their @maine.edu or through Brightspace.

School of Nursing Email Listservs

The School of Nursing uses email lists to share important information with students and faculty.

All part-time faculty are automatically added to the Part-Time Faculty Listserv, which is used for official communications with part-time instructors. Only your @maine.edu email address will be used for these messages.

Full-time faculty are added to their respective departmental email lists.
