北科大以三階段循序漸進的方式設計具體之團隊合作導向學習、問題發現導向學習、以及實作成果導向學習等階段性學習步驟，導引學生進行實作專題學習，並將各國學生依據國籍、學校、與專業背景領域等進行混合編組，由團隊成員共同發現問題並提出解決問題的可行方案；同時，導入當代甚至未來企業或產業所面臨之實際問題或關注之趨勢議題，共同以跨領域、跨校際、跨產業、跨國際之合作方式，激勵學員提出具創新性之前瞻解決方案，此即為本校所獨具國際PBL工作營聯盟之教育品牌特色。 

　　National Taipei University of Technology has designed a structured, three-stage learning approach to guide students through Team Based Learning, Problem Based Learning, and Solution Based Learning. These stages lead students to engage in project-based learning. Students from different countries, universities, and academic backgrounds are mixed into teams to collaboratively identify problems and propose feasible solutions.　Simultaneously, contemporary or even future challenges and trends faced by industries and companies are introduced, encouraging students to collaborate in interdisciplinary, inter-institutional, cross-industry, and international teams. This collaborative approach inspires participants to develop innovative, forward-thinking solutions. This is the distinctive educational brand of our international PBL work camp alliance.

場域驗證及持續修正方案
Solution Based Learning
透過場域驗證並持續修正解決方案，須說明學生學習及與企業共同研發之成果(如原型設計、專利技轉、產品化等)，以及於企業驗證之實際成效與未來延續發展應用等。

Through field validation and continuous refinement of the solution, students must explain their learning outcomes and the results of co-development with the company, such as prototype designs, patent licensing, or product commercialization. Additionally, they should describe the actual effectiveness of the solution during the company's verification process, as well as its potential for future development and application. This includes discussing how the solution could be sustained and expanded upon for long-term use.
